| The usual cause of this problem is due to the ADSL modem being unable to login to the server, most often due to changes or outages on your phone line or at the exchange. To resolve this problem, turn your ADSL modem/router off for at least 10 mins and then power it up waiting a further 5 minutes to allow the connection to complete. If your internet still fails reboot your computer and test again. If it still fails please call support. |
